Our story

H&K Bakehouse began with a simple idea: real bread, made by hand. Our bakers ferment dough slowly for rich flavor and a perfect crust, and our pastry team laminates butter into paper-thin layers for delicate, flaky viennoiserie.

We source seasonal produce and stone-milled flours from regional farms, and we bake in small batches throughout the day so everything you pick up is fresh from the oven.
